rustls の MessageDecrypter.decrypt は &mut self である必要がなさそう。
https://github.com/rustls/rustls/commit/f0a6ec11106c136fb898d87ea87bfc3260970110 で &self から &mut self に変えられているけど、結局 “The next commit” であって可変借用であることを利用している箇所はなさそう。
